IPAP shall provide the boarding and lodging to the invited categories such as Seniors, Established Females, Senior males, Scholars, Paper presenters, invited critics, invited writers, invited event management personnel, experts, exhibitors and award winners etc. All the boarding are limited to two days only for participants. Housing facilities shall not be provided to locals or resident of Cuttack/Bhubaneswar/Puri.

Refreshments or food shall be provided to the participants of particular sessions or day only.
